Customers can place orders through two methods:
- Storefront Checkout or
- Order Form.
Both methods allow merchants to receive and manage orders directly in the system.
Storefront Checkout Flow
Storefront Checkout is the normal online shopping flow where customers browse products from your Storefront, add items to cart, and complete their order at checkout page.
How Storefront Checkout Works
- Share your Storefront URL link.
- Customer selects the product they want to buy.
- Customer adds the product to the cart.
- Customer proceeds to checkout.
- Customer choose shipping and payment methods.
- Customer submits the order.
Note:
Once the order is submitted, the merchant can view and manage it from the menu > Orders in the admin dashboard
Order Form Flow
Order Form allows merchants to share a direct form link for customers to place orders quickly. It is suitable for preorder, campaign, live selling, or any situation where merchants want customers to order through a simple form.
How to Create an Order Form
- Go to the admin dashboard.
- Click StoreFront > Order Forms.
- Click + New Form.
- Fill in the Form Name, URL Slug, and Description if needed.
- Select the products to include in the form.
- Click Create Form.
- Share the Order Form link with your customers so they can place an order.
