2. Services
JustOrder.Today provides ecommerce, ordering, website, landing page, loyalty, marketing, AI-assisted, payment integration, logistics integration, and related digital services.
We may update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.
3. Account Registration
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information
- Maintaining account security
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- All activities performed under your account
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscription & Payments
Certain services require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees:
- Are payable in advance
- Are generally non-refundable unless required by law
- May be revised from time to time
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for:
- Products sold through their store
- Product descriptions and pricing
- Customer communications
- Delivery fulfillment
- Tax obligations
- Compliance with applicable laws
JustOrder.Today is a software platform and is not the seller of products listed by merchants.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Sell counterfeit goods
- Engage in fraud or deceptive practices
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Send spam or unauthorized communications
- Infringe intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Third-Party Services

- Communication services
Availability and performance of such services are controlled by the respective providers.
JustOrder.Today is not responsible for outages, delays, losses, or errors caused by third-party services.

AI-generated outputs are provided for assistance purposes only.
Merchants remain responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publication or use.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, trademarks, branding, content, and technology associated with JustOrder.Today remain the property of JustOrder.Today or its licensors.
No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.
10. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- Maintenance
- Security updates
- System upgrades
- Third-party service disruptions
- Events beyond our control
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustOrder.Today shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of sales
- Loss of customers
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by the subscriber during the preceding 12 months.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

- Engage in fraudulent activity
- Abuse the Platform
- Create security risks
- Fail to pay subscription fees
Upon termination, access to services may be restricted or removed.
13. Changes to These Terms

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
