Flat Rate Shipping allows you to charge a fixed shipping fee to your customers during checkout.
This method is suitable if you want to keep your shipping setup simple and apply a standard delivery fee.
To set up Flat Rate Shipping in your Store Default Profile:
- Go to Settings > Shipping and Delivery.
- Under Shipping Profiles, click your Store Default Profile.
- You will be directed to the Edit General Profile page.
- Under Shipping Method & Rates, select Flat Rate.
- Click Add Flat Rate.
- Fill in the required details.
- Click Add.
- Once completed, click Save Changes.
When adding a flat rate, complete the following details:

| 1. Delivery Area | Enter the delivery area name for this flat rate. Example: West Malaysia, Klang Valley, Local Delivery, or All Areas. |
| 2. Delivery Fee (RM) | Enter the shipping fee that will be charged to the customer during checkout. Example: If you enter 8.00, customer will be charged RM8 for delivery. |
| 3. Minimum Order (RM) | Enter the minimum order amount required for this shipping rate to apply. Example: If you enter 30.00, this rate will only apply when the order is RM30 or above. If there is no minimum order requirement, leave it as 0.00. |
| 4. Free Delivery Minimum Order (RM) | Minimum Order (RM) Enter the minimum order amount required for customer to enjoy free delivery. Example: If you enter 100.00, customers who spend RM100 or above will get free delivery. If you do not want to offer free delivery, leave it as 0.00. |
| 5. Add | Click Add to save this flat rate rule. To add another flat rate, click Add Flat Rate again and repeat the same steps. Once all rules are added, click Save Changes on the main page. |
