Bulk Upload Your Products with AI Assistance

Bulk Upload helps you upload multiple products at once using an Excel file. Instead of adding products one by one, you can prepare all product details in one file and upload them into the system together.

Think of it like preparing all your product information in one organised list before placing them into your online store.

Don’t worry, we have already prepared the AI prompt for you. You only need to copy the prompt and use it together with your Bulk Upload file.

How to Bulk Upload Products #

1. From your admin dashboard, go to Products and click Bulk Upload.
2. Click Download to download the Bulk Upload Excel template.
3. Fill in your product details in the Bulk Upload Excel template.
4. Once the file is completed, click Copy to copy the AI prompt.
5. Paste the prompt into your preferred AI tool, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, together with your completed Bulk Upload Excel file. The AI tool will help clean, organise, and validate your product data.
6. Download the new Excel file generated by the AI tool.
7. Go back to the Product Bulk Upload page and upload the updated Excel file.
8. Once uploaded successfully, your products will be added into the system. Easy!
