Shipping Rate setting allows you to decide how much shipping fee will be charged to your customer during checkout.
Merchants can set flexible shipping rates based on different methods such as flat rate, state, distance, weight, or postcode. Before setting your shipping rate, make sure your product weight is updated correctly. This is important because some shipping methods calculate the delivery fee based on product weight.
From your admin dashboard, go to: Settings > Shipping and Delivery
Under the Shipping section, you will see Shipping Profiles.
It is recommended to set up the Store Default Profile first, so all products will have a default shipping rate during checkout. You may create a Custom Profile later if some products require different shipping charges.
