How to Connect Delyva

Delyva integration allows merchants to connect their Delyva account with JustOrder.Today so they can use Delyva delivery services in the system 

Before You Start #

Make sure you already have a Delyva account.

If you do not have a Delyva account yet, please sign up here:

If you already have an account, log in to the Delyva Customer Portal here:
https://my.delyva.app/customer/login

Step 1: Go to API Integrations in Delyva  #

After logging in to your Delyva account:

  1. Click the Settings icon on the left sidebar.
  2. Select API Integrations.
  3. Click Add new key
Step 2: Create API Key #
  1. Enter a name for the API key.
    Example: NextGenJOT
  2. Click Create & View.

Once the API key is created, Delyva will show the API key.

Important: Please copy and save the API key immediately because it may not be shown again for security reasons.

If the API key is lost, you may need to create a new key again

Step 3: Copy Delyva Integration Details #

From the Delyva API Integration page, copy the following details:

  1. API Key
  2. Company Code
  3. Company ID
  4. User ID
  5. Customer ID

These details are required to connect Delyva with JustOrder.Today.

Step 4: Connect Delyva in JustOrder.Today #

In JustOrder.Today admin panel:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click Shipping & Delivery.
  3. Open the Shipping Partners section.
  4. Find Delyva.
  5. Click Connect.
  6. Paste the required Delyva details into the popup modal.
  7. Fill in the remaining details required in the Connect to Delyva popup.
  8. Click Save / Connect.

Once completed, your Delyva integration is ready to use.

Tips: Please make sure the Delyva credits are always available before arranging delivery.
