Free Shipping Promotion allows you to offer free delivery to customers based on certain conditions. You can choose whether free shipping applies when the customer reaches a minimum cart amount, or only when they purchase specific products.
This promotion can help encourage customers to complete their order and increase their cart value.
You want to offer free shipping to encourage customers to spend more in your store.
For example, customers will enjoy free shipping when their cart subtotal reaches RM50.
Example:
Cart subtotal: RM45
Shipping fee: RM8
Customer still needs to pay shipping fee
Cart subtotal: RM50
Shipping fee: Free
Customer only pays for the product total

Step 1: Go to Free Shipping Promotion #
From your admin dashboard, go to the Free Shipping promotion page.
Here, you can view all free shipping promotions that have been created.
To create a new free shipping promotion, click + Create.
Step 2: Choose the Free Shipping Trigger #
Under Trigger, choose how customers can unlock free shipping.
There are two options:
Cart total threshold
Choose this if you want customers to get free shipping after their cart subtotal reaches a minimum amount.
Example: Free shipping for orders above RM50.
Specific products
Choose this if you want selected products to always enjoy free shipping, regardless of the cart total.
Example: Free shipping only for selected skincare products.
Step 3: Fill in the Promotion Details #
Enter the Promotion / Discount Title.
Example: Free Shipping Above RM50
You may also add a Promotion / Discount Description.
This description is optional and can be used as an internal note for your own reference.
Make sure the promotion status is set to Enabled if you want the promotion to be active.
Step 4: Set the Free Shipping Condition #
This part depends on the trigger you selected earlier.
- If you selected Cart total threshold, enter the Minimum cart subtotal.|
Example: Minimum subtotal is RM50
This means customers will only get free shipping when their cart subtotal reaches RM50 or above. - If you selected Specific products, select the eligible products. Search and choose the products that should receive free shipping.
This means the selected products will always be eligible for free shipping, regardless of the customer’s cart total.
Step 5: Set Customer Eligibility #
Next, choose who can use this free shipping promotion.
You can choose from:
Everyone
All customers can use this promotion, including guest customers.
Members only
Only logged-in customers can use this promotion.
Segment
Only customers who match certain conditions can use this promotion.
For Segment, you can choose:
Never purchased before
Use this if you want to offer free shipping to first-time customers.
Inactive for a period
Use this if you want to offer free shipping to customers who have not ordered for a certain number of days.
Example:
No orders in the last 60 days
Step 6: Set the Promotion Valid Date #
Set the promotion start and end date, The discount will only be available within the selected date range.
Step 7: Set Promotion Combinations #
Under Combinations, choose whether this free shipping promotion can be used together with other promotion types.
You can allow it to combine with:
Product-scope promotions
Allow free shipping to be used together with product discounts, bundle promotions, or flash sale promotions.
Order-level discounts
Allow free shipping to be used together with order discounts.
Note: It is recommended to test the promotion at your storefront to make sure the final checkout total is correct.
Step 8: Save the Free Shipping Promotion #
Once all details have been completed, click Save free shipping.
Your free shipping promotion will be created and applied based on the conditions you have set.
Note #
After saving, you can test the promotion by adding products to cart from your storefront and checking whether the free shipping is applied correctly at checkout.
