Fiuu, previously known as Razer Merchant Services, is one of the payment gateway options available in JustOrder.Today. By integrating Fiuu with your store, your customers can make online payments directly during checkout using the available payment methods supported by Fiuu, such as online banking, credit/debit card, and e-wallet.
Before you can activate Fiuu in your JustOrder.Today store, you will need to apply for a Fiuu merchant account and complete the approval process with Fiuu.
How to Apply for Fiuu #
STEP 1 : Apply for Fiuu #
From your admin dashboard, go to Settings > Payments.
At the top of the Payments page, click Apply for Payment Gateway.
Under the list of available payment providers, find Fiuu and click Apply (if you do not have a Fiuu account yet and would like to create a new one)
STEP 3: Wait for Approval and Activation #
After your application is submitted, Fiuu will review your application.
You should receive an email or call from Fiuu’s service representative within 24 hours.
In most cases, non-credit card payment channels can be ready within 1 week, while credit card channel approval may take around 1 month.
Once approved, Fiuu will send a confirmation email to you.
STEP 4: Get Your Fiuu Merchant ID and API Key #
Once your Fiuu application has been approved, log in to your Fiuu dashboard to get the required integration details.
You will need to prepare the following details:
- Merchant ID
- Verify Key
- Secret Key
You will also need to update the required endpoint URLs in your Fiuu dashboard.

STEP 5: Connect Fiuu to Your Store #
Once your Fiuu application has been approved, go to menu Settings > Payments in your JustOrder.Today admin dashboard.
Under the payment provider list, find Fiuu and click Connect.
A pop-up form will appear. Fill in the required Fiuu connection details.
Make sure all details are entered correctly to avoid connection errors.
Set the status to Active, then click Connect to complete the setup.
Once saved, customers will be able to make online payment during checkout using the payment methods supported by your Fiuu setup.
