This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to connect Lalamove with your JustOrder.Today store.
Lalamove integration allows you to connect your Lalamove Business account with JustOrder.Today so you can offer on-demand delivery for same-day or instant orders.
STEP 1: Sign up for a Lalamove Business account #
If you do not have a Lalamove Business account yet, you will need to sign up first.
Go to: https://web.lalamove.com/register/business
Complete the registration process to create your Lalamove Business account.
If you already have a Lalamove Business account, you may proceed to the next step.
STEP 2: Log in to Lalamove Partner Portal #
Go to: https://partnerportal.lalamove.com/login
Log in using your Lalamove Business account details.
After logging in, you will be directed to the Lalamove Partner Portal.
Please make sure you are in PRODUCTION mode before copying the API details.

Step 3: Go to API Keys #
In the Lalamove Partner Portal, click API Keys from the top menu.
You will see your API Key and API Secret.
Click the copy icon to copy the API Key and API Secret.
You will need to paste these details in your JustOrder.Today admin dashboard.
Step 4: Go to Shipping & Delivery in JustOrder.Today #
Log in to your JustOrder.Today admin dashboard.
Go to menu: Settings > Shipping & Delivery
Scroll to the Shipping Partners section.

Step 5: Connect Lalamove #
Under Shipping Partners, look for Lalamove.
Click Connect.

A pop-up form will appear.
Step 6: Fill in Lalamove details #
In the Connect to Lalamove pop-up form, fill in the required details.
Lalamove API Key → Paste the API Key copied from your Lalamove Partner Portal.Lalamove API Secret → Paste the API Secret copied from your Lalamove Partner Portal.
Sender Name → Enter the sender name.
Contact Number → Enter the sender contact number.
Active → Select Active to enable the Lalamove integration.

After completing the details, click Connect.
Congratulations! #
Your Lalamove integration is now active. Once connected successfully, Lalamove will appear under Shipping Partners.
Click Save Changes on the Shipping & Delivery page to confirm the setup. You can now start using Lalamove as one of your shipping partners.
